After a review is finished, the folder still has to be complete. You check the checklist, store the file in the right place, and retrieve it when support or compliance asks. The work is quiet, remote, and repetitive in a useful way.

- Comfort with folders, labels, and checklists
- Careful about not mixing one applicant's file with another's
- Able to find a record from a name or reference number
- No prior lending experience required
- Able to work remotely from the United States
